NOT IN LOVE?
We hope you love your purchase but we get it, sometimes it just doesn't work out.
While we do not issue refunds, we do offer exchanges or store credit (shipping costs deducted) as long as the items are in new condition, unworn or unused, with tags on, free of smell and in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt.
Please note all Sale Items, Bath and Body, Underwear, and Bodysuits are final sale.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To start an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com or by phone (828) 231-5849. Supplies are limited so if you wish to secure a particular item or size it is advised to contact us asap so we can hold that item for you. Please note you are responsible for shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please note we may ask for a photo of the items tag and defect. Once the item is confirmed to be defective we will issue a return label to you at our expense.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
